The concept of a Doppleganger is based upon the belief that everyone has an identical replica of themselves somewhere in the world. It is often thought that a Doppleganger is an evil twin of the person they resemble.

It looks like Kelly has come face to face with Joe's Doppleganger... "Naughty Joe" appears to be having issues with the local wildlife.

There are several theories that allow for multiple universes, parallel dimensions and alternative timelines. One such theory is the Many Worlds Interpretation which suggests an infinite number of universes with infinite probabilities. This theory allows for "Naughty Joe" to exist and it looks like he may have found a way through to our own universe.

A common feature of "contact" and abduction is communication via "Telepathy". This is sometimes characterized as a voice in the head other than that of the "contactee". It is also usually 'heard' in the native language of the person experiencing the communication.

On August 17th 1977, a strong narrowband radio signal was detected by Dr. Jerry R. Ehman. The signal was discovered by the Big Ear Radio Telescope at Ohio State University. The Signal lasted for a total of 72 seconds and due to its displayed features believed to be of a non-terrestrial origin. Dr Ehman circled the computer printouts of the signal and wrote the comment "Wow !" next to the data. This became the name of the signal.

Data gained by the study of fossils suggests that around 530 Million years ago there was a rapid appearance of life-forms on Earth. This period is called "The Cambrian Explosion". No-one knows for sure what caused this massive explosion in life, although some believe it could have been due to alien visitors "seeding" Earth with a diverse range of life.

It is often suggested that early in the 'modern UFO era' a technology exchange took place with one or more extraterrestrial races. It is also thought that this could have been in return for an agreed number of human abductions. If humans did gain possession of alien technology and the knowledge of how to adapt it to our own uses it could have changed many aspects of our society... perhaps it already has.

Black Holes Suck

Since its inception, the "Large Hadron Collider" Particle Accelerator sparked many concerns over its safety. Among these concerns were proposed scenarios surrounding its ability to generate Black Holes which if created could sink to the centre of the Earth's core, create a powerful gravity well and consume the entire planet. Scientists and Staff at the LHC stated that such a scenario is impossible as although powerful, the LHC lacks the energies required to produce a Black Hole of the type produced when stars collapse.
