Ice and a Slice

Many missions have been sent to Mars with the earliest ones looking directly for signs of life using various methods and on-board equipment.  More recently however, probes have looked primarily for signs of water. Not only as it can help support life (as we understand it) but also be of use during future manned missions.

It just gets better and better!
Again the truth is out, must be saving NASA millions.
Love the layout of the comic, and as always.... fantastic artwork, and a great story!

I love the little robot. He reminds me of Johnny 5 from Short Circuit.

I am confused. The benefit of earth is the renewable source of water via rain. Wouldn't any water source on Mars simply run out after a while?

Thanks for the comments guys!

Graham, well NASA need to save their pennies for the new rockets dont they.... im just doing my bit to help ;)

Ben, hadnt thought of that but yes, he does a bit lol

Bearman, I guess it depends on if the water on mars gets taken away. If the Astronauts were to use the toilets on mars, i guess it would go back into the 'eco' system :/

Very cool! Your art is really great. Interesting (and extremely tempting) drinks in Mars. :)

I'll take a double Slippery Wingnut on the rocks.

That's great to know, cuz I am SO not a fan of water. I need Kool-Aid in my life. Even on Mars. :)

David, Many thanks about my work.... glad you like it. I always found that cocktails all tasted the same, so i just tend to stick to coffee most of the time now with an occasional JD ;)

David D, Problem is... on Mars and given Joe's understanding of human phrases you probably would end up with ROCKS in your Double Slippery Wingnut :D

George, I agree, water is overrated, it DEMANDS flavor!!!!!
